Building Permit Services
Dream Decks handles the entire permit process on your behalf. We prepare detailed construction drawings, submit permit applications, and coordinate with local building departments across Hennepin County, Ramsey County, and surrounding areas.
Each municipality has specific requirements. Minneapolis requires permits for decks over 200 square feet or more than 30 inches above grade. Saint Paul and suburban communities have similar requirements. We know the specific codes for each city we serve.
