Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dream Decks, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Services

Dream Decks provides custom deck design and construction services throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom deck design and construction
• Porch and sunroom construction
• Pergola and gazebo installation
• Deck repair and restoration
• Deck lighting and railing installation

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes in material costs
• Unforeseen site conditions
• Changes to project scope requested by the customer
• Required permits or code compliance modifications

Any changes to the original scope of work will be documented in a change order and must be approved by both parties before work proceeds.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise specified in your contract:

• A deposit is required to schedule work and order materials
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Warranty

Dream Decks provides the following warranty coverage:

• Workmanship Warranty: We warranty our workmanship for a period specified in your contract against defects in construction.
• Material Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used. We will assist in filing warranty claims for defective materials.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, damage from weather events, or modifications made by others.

Permits and Inspections

Dream Decks will obtain all necessary building permits for your project unless otherwise agreed. We will coordinate required inspections with local building authorities. The customer is responsible for ensuring property boundaries are accurately marked and providing access to the work site.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements
• Ensure access to the work site during business hours
• Notify us of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards
• Remove personal property from the work area
• Secure pets during construction
• Make timely payments as agreed

Limitation of Liability

Dream Decks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dream Decks and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the website
• Submit false or misleading information

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Minnesota law.
