Every Dream Decks project comes with our comprehensive 10-year workmanship warranty. This covers the installation and construction quality of your deck, ensuring that our work stands the test of time and Minnesota's demanding climate.
Our warranty covers structural integrity, proper fastening, ledger board attachment, post connections, railing installation, and all other aspects of construction. If any defect in workmanship appears within 10 years, we'll repair it at no cost to you.
This warranty is fully transferable if you sell your home, adding value to your property and providing peace of mind to future owners. Simply notify us of the ownership change and the warranty continues for the remaining term.

Cedar & Wood Warranties
While natural wood doesn't carry the same long-term warranties as composite materials, we source premium Western Red Cedar and pressure-treated lumber from certified suppliers. Our workmanship warranty covers installation, and we provide detailed maintenance guidance to maximize lifespan.
Properly maintained cedar decks can last 15-25 years. We recommend annual cleaning and resealing every 2-3 years to maintain appearance and structural integrity.
